What we collect
Waitlist submissions store the email, role, optional message, request metadata, and consent timestamp. Project workspaces store source repository metadata, generated KB artifact references, and operator-visible processing state.
Refactory.world collects only the account, waitlist, and project metadata needed to run the product, contact operators, and prove the enrichment workflow.
Waitlist submissions store the email, role, optional message, request metadata, and consent timestamp. Project workspaces store source repository metadata, generated KB artifact references, and operator-visible processing state.
The data is used to provide access, run repository enrichment, display project surfaces, diagnose failures, and communicate about the service. It is not sold.
Repository access is controlled by the connected GitHub token or operator-provided credentials. Generated KB artifacts are written only to the configured KB repository for the project.
